Clean, fresh, and beautiful?
Why recycle?
Why would we bother to recycle, when we have dumped so much rubbish into the ground, there's no point in changing now. Is there?
Well, if we don't stop dumping crud and detritus into our earth, seas, mountains and air, we can wave goodbye to our existence. We (humans) don't deserve to live on such a beautiful planet. We don't deserve to breath the air that gives us life. We don't deserve to use the wonders which surround us.
Why should humans be given the sole right to take, without giving? Why should humans have the unchallenged right to exploit those humans and other animals that are less able, or less inclined, to take advantage of what the earth has to offer.
To recycle is to repay, to regenerate, to share. Yes, share.
When we think of "sharing" what do we think of? Well, it could be "if I share today, maybe I will be rewarded someday in a similar manner".
It could be that; "there is no way I am sharing, I will get nothing for it, so I would rather see MY belongings buried in the ground". (Irrespective of the damage that may course to the water I drink, or the air I breath, or the ground I walk on).
If we rethink our use and waste of the items we "treasure", maybe we can actually 'ALL' see a different world? More and more of 'us' are seeking wealth, in monetary terms, when we could all benefit from reusing the items we no longer want. Why dump, when someone could use the item we no longer want?
I am not an evangelist, I am not a powerful man, I am not rich BUT I worry that the earth is not infinite and our children will have nothing, if we do not stop raping the earth of its assets. The 'few' are taking the trees, that allow the earth to breath; The few are poisoning the waters, that we drink; The few are stripping the earth of its soil, its vegetation, and its clean air. To put it in a nutshell, we (every living thing) will die if we do not alter our perception of the earth and its ability to support us.
"RUBBISH"....Do you see anything you could use, maybe?
Please help OneMansRubbish, and others, to change the way we waste.

HAVE YOUR SAY AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE. ONE WORD CAN CHANGE A LIFETIME.
Our children are an asset we cannot squander. For those who seek to exploit or abuse our children, BEWARE! Our future depends on their safety, so we will protect them.
